Emo Night Nashville

Emo Night Nashville hosts a giant emo night with live musicians several times a year with The Emo Band performing, and a live DJ. The night features guest DJ sets who most often perform songs on the same night. On Saturday, March 1st, we were lucky to be blessed with performers such as Jay Weinberg (formerly of Slipknot), Frank Zummo (Sum 41), Sierra Kusterbeck (formerly of VersaEmerge), Jonny Hawkins (Nothing More), and local artists such as Riley Haynie, Bella Rose, K Enagonio, and many more. With live artists, guest DJs, a photo booth, and a room full of people who share the same music taste, Emo Night Nashville at Marathon Music Works can’t be beaten. People make the most of it between singing, dancing, and sometimes moshing. Most times, performers only have one song, but they leave quite the impression. Some of Emo Night Nashville’s live performance alumni have included Cassadee Pope, Matt Thiessen, Mayday Parade, Max Bemis, Yellowcard, and other big names that make Emo Night Nashville more than worthy of attending.

Some of the best moments of March’s Emo Night Nashville were K Enagonio and Lauren Babic performing Underoath’s A Boy Brushed Red Living in Black and White, then surprising us later by Greg from Boys Like Girls joining them on stage to perform Sum 41’s Fat Lip with Frank Zummo drumming, and Sierra Kusterbeck bringing a bunch of friends on stage to dance with her.
